My Treehouse Club Member Policies
Enrollment, Tuition & Cancellation
Tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of each month through Sawyer.
Enrollment will automatically continue each month until a cancellation request is received.
A minimum of 30 days notice is required to cancel enrollment.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through Sawyer, by email, by phone, or by speaking directly with a My Treehouse Club teacher.
Once a cancellation request has been received, the member will be responsible for one final payment on the next scheduled billing date. (Cancellation requested July 10 Final payment processed August 1 Enrollment ends August 31)
Students may continue attending classes and using membership benefits during their final month of enrollment.
Tuition, membership fees, and other purchases are non-refundable.
Enrollment spots are not guaranteed after cancellation and may be subject to availability if a family wishes to re-enroll.
Attendance & Makeup Classes
Notify My Treehouse Club by 6:00 PM the day before class to receive a makeup token.
Makeup tokens expire 4 weeks from the missed class date.
No-call/no-shows and late cancellations do not receive makeup tokens.
Families are responsible for booking their own makeups through Sawyer.
Makeup tokens may only be used for age-appropriate classes.
Makeup classes should remain within the same subject whenever possible.
Cross-subject makeups may be available with teacher approval and a $15 fee.
Makeup tokens have no cash value and may not be redeemed for refunds, tuition credit, store credit, or membership credit.
Open Play
Active tuition-paying members receive 4 Open Play visits per month for each enrolled child.
Open Play credits are automatically replenished to your account every 4 weeks.
Open Play credits are valid for 60 days from the date they are issued.
Open Play credits may be shared with siblings, friends, or guests.
Open Play reservations canceled by 6:00 PM the day before will have the credit returned to the account.
Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the credit.
Open Play is not a drop-off program.
Parent or guardian supervision is required at all times. Adults entering the play area must wear socks.
Capacity limits apply.
Trial Classes
Trial classes are available for $20 per child, per class type.
Current members may be eligible to refer a friend and have the trial fee waived. Please ask a teacher for referral program details.
Trial policies may change during promotional periods.
Health & Illness Policy
Children with a fever of 100.4°F or higher may not participate.
Children who have vomited or had diarrhea within the past 24 hours may not participate.
Children displaying signs of a contagious illness may not participate.
Children should be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning.
My Treehouse Club reserves the right to deny participation to any child or adult who appears ill.
Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated My Treehouse Club Member Parking stalls only.
Parking in another tenant's stall, including quick drop-offs and pickups, is prohibited and may result in towing at the owner's expense.
Parking stalls belonging to Le Monde Salon may not be used by My Treehouse Club members.
Street parking and SALT parking garage are recommended alternatives.
Facility Rules
Children participate barefoot. Adults must wear clean socks.
Outdoor shoes are not permitted on play surfaces.
Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and play.
Costumes and dress-up clothing should be left at home, as they may limit safe participation in activities.
No food or snacks are permitted in the facility. Water bottles and bottled milk for infants and toddlers are permitted in the lobby only.
My Treehouse Club is a peanut-free facility.
Personal toys should remain at home, in the car, or in the lobby and are not permitted on the gym floor or in activity areas.
My Treehouse Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Parent Participation Classes
Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their child at all times during: Grown-Up & Me Fitness, Preschool Prep 1, Keiki Japanese, Open Play, and Baby Play.
During circle time:
Children should remain with their caregiver and participate in the Big Red Circle.
Equipment and play structures may not be used during circle time.
Children who need a break may step quietly to the side, into the lobby, or outside until they are ready to rejoin the group.
Families may be asked to step away from an activity or leave for the day if behavior becomes unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive.
Independent Classes
Parents or guardians must sign children in upon arrival and sign them out at pickup.
Children may only be released to authorized adults.
Children will never be released unattended.
Children enrolled in independent classes should be able to use the restroom independently, follow directions, participate appropriately in a group setting, and separate from their caregiver.
Please notify staff in advance if someone other than the usual parent or guardian will be picking up your child.
Photography & Video
Families are welcome to photograph or record their own child.
Please obtain permission before photographing or recording children who are not your own.
My Treehouse Club may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Participation is governed by the media permissions selected during registration.
Respect for Others
All families, children, staff, and guests are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect.
My Treehouse Club reserves the right to deny participation to any individual whose behavior creates an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate environment for others.
Policy Changes
Policies may be updated periodically to improve safety, operations, and member experience.
Current policies supersede all previous versions.
