POSITION DETAILS:
*Japanese- 日本語と英語が喋れる方を募集しております。子供が大好きで日本の文化をもっともっと知ってもらいたい、お歌やダンス、童話を読んで日本に興味を持ってもらいたいと強く思う方。クラスは70%英語で進行いたしますが、日本語の読み書きは必須となります。元気よく、ハキハキと授業を教えられる人のみ募集します。毎週水曜日3:00−6:00+木曜日2:30−6:00+土日どちらか働ける方。
*Fitness: Background in sports, dance, performing art is preferred. Our fitness classes are for ages 7month -8 year old. We are looking for fun, energetic, silly, yet professional individuals that is willing to go up and beyond to make our children learning experience one of a kind. Classes for younger children involve singing, dancing, puppet shows, basic tumbling skills. Older children include basic tumbling, games, and workouts. Must be available for Thursday 12:30-4:00 and a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
*Birthday Parties: Seeking FUN instructors to celebrate a special day for our children! Birthday parties are on weekends, availability to work Saturday and Sunday afternoons is preferred. Training in regular fitness class is required. Parties are non-stop FUN, we need teachers who have enough energy to lead a party full of laughs with silly games and entertainment!

Who We Are
My Treehouse Club is a children’s learning academy serving infants through kindergarten-aged children. Our programs focus on movement-based learning, confidence building, kindness, and social development. Classes are structured, high-energy, and intentionally designed to support early childhood growth while keeping learning fun and engaging.
About the Role
This is not a traditional gym or workout-style fitness job. Our classes blend movement, music, imagination, and play. Instructors lead engaging fitness classes that may include circle time, songs, dance, beginner gymnastics skills, imaginative play, and high-energy interaction.
You should be comfortable being animated, expressive, and a little silly, while still maintaining structure, safety, and classroom flow.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
We prefer candidates who have experience working with infants through kindergarten-aged children, particularly in classrooms, camps, or structured group settings. Experience leading classes independently and managing group routines is a plus, but not required. Applicants with strong energy, confidence, and a genuine love for working with kids are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Lead fitness-based classes for infants through big kids
Learn and follow weekly programming
Teach using My Treehouse Club scripts to maintain consistency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized teaching space
Complete basic cleaning and closing tasks
Assist with light administrative tasks when needed
Communicate confidently and professionally with families
Support special events, birthday parties, and Parent’s Night Out programs
Schedule & Commitment
Part-time position
15–20 hours per week
Must be available for at least one weekend shift
Weekly staff training on Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Certifications
CPR certification required or willingness to obtain
CPR bonus available
Compensation & Training
Paid 4-week training period with hands-on coaching and support. Starting pay is $16/hour and up, based on experience, performance, and role growth. After training, instructors typically earn $18–$25/hour. Additional earning opportunities are available through events, coverage shifts, and expanded responsibilities. This is a part-time position, and health insurance is not provided.
