Chipmunks (7 months-13 months):
Designed for little movers who are actively crawling, beginning to stand, or taking their first steps, this 50-minute class encourages early motor development in a fun and supportive environment. Babies will explore movement through gentle stretches, interactive songs, playful dances, baby-safe swings, and sensory-rich activities that strengthen coordination and balance. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, little ones will build foundational strength, develop early social awareness, and gain confidence in their growing abilities—all while making special memories with their grown-ups!
Bunnies (14 months-22 months):
Perfect for toddlers who are beginning to walk independently, this engaging class focuses on movement, social interaction, and early independence. Through exciting group activities such as choreographed dances, interactive songs, and hands-on exploration, children will develop coordination, rhythm, and social confidence. Special swings, gymnastics-inspired challenges, and sensory play introduce new ways to move, while puppetry and storytime foster imagination. This class also gently encourages toddlers to practice independence, setting the stage for future learning and exploration!
Foxes (23 months- 2.5 years):
For energetic toddlers who are confidently running, this class introduces more structure while keeping learning playful and active. Children will be encouraged to listen, follow simple instructions, and engage in group activities that promote cooperation and turn-taking. With a focus on movement, balance, and body awareness, little ones will be challenged with beginner gymnastics, upper body strength-building activities, and interactive games. High-energy and full of discovery, this class helps build confidence and independence in preparation for a preschool-like setting.
Badgers (2.5 years - 3.3 years:
As the final grown-up participation class, this program supports children in taking their first big steps toward independence. With a focus on developing fine and gross motor skills, beginner sports fundamentals, and cooperative play, children will strengthen their coordination and problem-solving abilities. Through fun yet structured activities, they’ll practice listening, following multi-step directions, and working together in a group. As their confidence grows, they’ll be ready for their first independent participation class—eager and prepared for the next stage of their learning journey!
Big Kid Fitness
Ages 3.3 years -6 years old
Wombats (3.3 years- 4.5 years):
This drop-off class is designed for active preschoolers who are fully potty trained and ready to explore movement in a structured, supportive setting. Children will continue developing strength, agility, and flexibility through basic gymnastics, fun relays, and engaging team-building games. Our focus extends beyond physical skills—we emphasize self-confidence, positive reinforcement, and the importance of encouragement. Through guided activities, little ones will begin to understand teamwork, patience, and leadership, learning how to support and uplift their peers while building a strong sense of self.
Wolves (4.5 years-6 years):
For our older, more confident movers, this drop-off class refines and strengthens essential gross motor skills like running, jumping, hopping, throwing, catching, and kicking. With an emphasis on teamwork and emotional development, children will practice sports-based fundamentals while also learning the value of cooperation, impulse control, and positive self-talk. This high-energy class is a great way to prepare kids for team sports and other group activities outside of My Treehouse Club, helping them build leadership skills, resilience, and a mindset that fosters both confidence and camaraderie.
Mini Ninja (4 years -6 years)
For little warriors with big energy! This high-energy class is designed for young adventurers eager to jump, climb, swing, and roll their way through ninja training. Through fun and challenging mini circuits, kids will develop strength, agility, coordination, and confidence. We’ll introduce fundamental ninja skills like controlled landings, obstacle navigation, and balance training—building the foundation for more advanced movements. Every session ends with an exciting Mega Circuit Challenge, where Mini Ninjas put their skills to the test in an action-packed course. Get ready to move, conquer, and unleash your inner ninja!
Ninja (5-8 years)
For kids ready to level up their ninja skills! This class takes strength, agility, and coordination to the next level with challenging obstacle courses, climbing challenges, swinging drills, and precision jumps. Ninjas will train like true warriors, developing endurance, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills as they navigate increasingly complex circuits. Through dynamic drills and Mega Circuit Training, kids will build resilience, confidence, and a mindset that embraces challenges with determination and excitement. Whether scaling obstacles, rolling to safety, or perfecting their landing techniques, this class is all about pushing limits—while having tons of fun!
